2020 League of Legends European Masters Fantasy Tips: Thursday 30th April
Welcome to Thursday's League of Legends Daily Fantasy preview for DraftKings for Day 6 of the European Masters!
Today’s feature contest is the LOL $100K Shock Blast ($25,000 to 1st) on DraftKings and a $4,000 Elder Dragon for $4 entry.
We moved into week 2 of the schedule where each pool participant played each other once again to determine the knockout stages in week 3.
Here are the current standings of the groups so far:
Today it is Pool A’s turn to complete their round-robin matches by playing each other over consecutive games in one day. For DraftKings contests however, they can only post 2 matches on a slate. So today we will focus on the early matches.
All group play is best of 1 match so the fantasy scoring will be more condensed and you just never know with upsets.
Here are today’s bookies odds with action getting underway at 0200 AEST (Friday morning) and the current odds from Beteasy as of 1100 AEST
Winless UK outfit BTXL (0-3) will get the day underway where they take on German side GL (2-1). BTXL will look to bounce back after their shock loss to YDN on Day 4 but the markets have GL as solid favourites.
YDN (1-2) have a tougher task in taking on undefeated French team GO (3-0) and the markets have GO as major favourites.
Both matches have a Kill over/under set by Pinnacle at 22.5 Kills for the map. GO have the higher spread which is currently 15.25 Kills, GL is at 13.25, BTXL is 9.25 and YDN is 7.25
MARKET UPDATE (4 hours before lock) - BTXL have come into 2.08 which has brought the line into 1.5 kills. Total has increased to 23.5. GO and YDN remain at their quotes.
Last 3 games Statistics from Pool A (per game)
Pretty clear cut in terms of performance that GO is the team to target in main stacks against YDN. In their first match, GO only scraped past YDN on the kill count (11-8) but was dominant in the objectives obtaining two barons on their way to victory. MID Bluerzor $7,200 and ADC XDSMILEY $7,800 are the only two players averaging over 30+ FPPG and will be popular in builds. Although TOP Shemek has a ridiculous KDA of 21.0 (he hasn’t died yet) the majority of his fantasy scoring has come through assists. If you were looking at the upset then YDN’s ADC Endz $6,600 and SUP Cospect $4,800 will be the key players if YDN achieves greatness...
JNG Rabble $6,600 is in a great matchup against BTXL’s Taxer who has died 11 times through 3 matches whilst Rabble’s KDA is a fine 5.2. Other pieces of the GL squad including ADC Hjarnan $7,400 and SUP Visdom $5,600 make up another solid stack against a disappointing BTXL side. On the flipside however, ADC Deadly $7,200 did have a KDA of 6.07 during the UKLC and will be fired up to upset the German side. I like BTXL to show their actual potential and pairing with TOP Send0o $6,000 and JNG Taxer $6,200 are cheap and low-owned plays.
Safe stacks - GL & GO
Pivot stack - BTXL
GPP only stack - YDN
